Open gpedit.msc in Windows

  1. Policy path: Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> System -> Credentials Delegation
  2. Select Enabled and change Production Level to Vulnerable
  3. Open the command prompt as admin and use the following command: gpupdate /force
